Paul Longanbach, Facilitator and Executive Coach
For more than 30 years, Paul Longanbach has been actively working with organizations to improve their effectiveness. He currently consults with governmental, arts, and not for profit organizations around strategic planning and organization development. Also, as a certified executive coach, Paul works with individual leaders as well as boards of directors and work teams to improve communication, cooperation, and collaboration.
He has worked with a broad range of public and private-sector clients in the United States, including the U.S. State Department, the Smithsonian Institution, the American Heart Association , the Central Intelligence Agency, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, the Beyond Pesticides Foundation, the U.S. House of Representatives, the University of Virginia, American Express, the Way Forward Foundation, and internationally with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, the Honda Motor Company, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department.
As a Santa Barbara resident, Paul is an active volunteer with the Architecture Foundation of Santa Barbara, the Student Art Fund, the Ensemble Theater, and the Santa Barbara Museum of Art.
